Our team of seasoned business veterans spans the operational scope from finance and operations to marketing and sales and beyond, with an emphasis on creating and executing strategies to grow revenue, companies, and shareholder value. From CEO and COO to CFO and functional VP, our team brings a "been down the road" pragmatic approach to creating and executing growth solutions for companies in all stages including start-up/early-stage, turnaround, M&A, plateau and domestic/international expansion.

SwitchStream's founder and managing director is Kyle C. Murphy. After building and selling several companies including successful forays into the Global 1000 corporate world and investment banking, he realized his passion for the hands-on building of customer-centric companies based on innovation and sustainable competitive advantages was missing from many companies. So in 2000 he founded SwitchStream with the mission to help build companies based on solid business models and strategic fundamentals. Kyle is also supporting of strategy and entrepreneurship at Pepperdine University and active writer/lecturer on strategic management, entrepreneurship, and behavioral economics. He received his MBA from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University and he is currently completing his dissertation research towards a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the Manchester Business School at the University of Manchester in England.
